We’re writing to let you know that Pixagroup Ltd customers will soon be transferred to Pixacomms Ltd. This change reflects our integration with Orbit X (Holdings), which began back in 2023. 

What happens next?

From 1 January 2025, your agreement with Pixagroup Ltd will be transferred to Pixacomms Ltd (Company Number: 15861826). The Pixacomms brand and website will replace Pixagroup, but there will be no change to how you manage services with Pixacomms.

How will my services be affected?

You will notice that very little changes. 

We will be trading under the name Pixacomms, so you’ll now see that on our website and any regular emails we send you. You’ll still be speaking to the same friendly client service teams and none of your existing services will be altered in any way. It’s very much business as usual!  

Any official documents that we send you, such as invoices or credit notes and transactions on your bank statement whenever you transfer money to us electronically, will show the new Pixacomms Ltd name.

Orbit X is a dynamic parent holding company dedicated to fostering innovation and growth across diverse industries. While the visual identity may change, our steadfast commitment to integrity, innovation, and client satisfaction remains the same. No, our services, products, and dedication to excellence remain unchanged. The rebrand is purely a visual and branding update to better represent who we are as an organisation today.
The rebrand includes updates to our logo, website design, and other visual elements. It reflects our values and innovation while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Our core principles remain the same.
Not at all. All existing projects, services and agreements will continue as usual without interruption. You will experience the same high-quality service and support you’ve come to expect from us.
Phone numbers and support portals remain unchanged. You will see we have a new email address but rest assured existing email accounts will still be monitored. Otherwise, the only difference is that our materials and platforms will showcase the new branding.
No, there are no changes to our ownership, management, or team. The rebrand is a reflection of who we are and how we’re evolving, not a change in leadership or direction.

The transition to the new branding will be seamless and immediate. You may already notice updates across our platforms, but our services will remain uninterrupted throughout the process.
